Delivery Policy 
We deliver through different couriers and you will be notified via email on the tracking number. Order will be processed once payment has been made. Parcel will reach your doorstep in three (3) to five (5) working days subject to current stock availability, or terms of order during the purchase were made. We do not take responsibility once the parcel has been shipped out to our courier service. We will do our best in choosing the most reliable courier partner. Please enter your address and information correctly as we will not be responsible for any mis-delivery due to wrong information. 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when destination has been entered. The rates vary according to the countries.

Returns Policy 
We are sorry things did not work out for you. Free returns will only be applicable for any mis-delivery, such as different size, major discolouration,   or defective items. Customers will have to bare the cost of the exchange. Exchange will only be applicable with stocks that is ready. We do not entertain refunds unless the product fits the criteria of mis-delivery. Please arrange for returns within 7 days from the date of the arrival of the parcel. 

No refunds for items purchased with sales price or during any marked down. 

Faulty Items 
Oh no! We hate it when this happens. So we make it easy for you. Please inquire via our Whatsapp +6019 6549078 for fast reply. Simply mention your order ID and send us the picture of the product and description of the defect. Please note that this must be done within seven (7) days when the items arrive.

International Returns 

Returns shall be made 14 days upon the arrival of the parcel. KREE will only bear the cost of return should it fit these criteria : 

  • Wrongly sent an item ; Colour, sizes or design 
  • The item has significant defect that it constitute the look of the design to be different from the website catalouge

Return will be made when the goods has arrived to KREE ; No 5, Lorong Datuk Sulaiman 7, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur. 

Please ensure that the item tag is not detached, the item must be unworn and unaltered. KREE will not entertain any item that has been altered according to the request of the customer. 


Tracking Your Delivery And Return
